When the clock hits noon on Friday, Dec. 23, 2016, Emporia State University offices will close for the holidays. The campus will re-open at 8 a.m. Tuesday, Jan. 3, 2017. During the break, offices and buildings will be closed to the public.
The Emporia State University Foundation in the Sauder Alumni Center, 1500 Highland St., will re-open on Dec. 27 to accept end-of-year gifts. Foundation staff will be on hand to assist with gifts from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Tuesday, Dec. 27, through Friday, Dec. 30.
Anyone wanting to make a gift to Emporia State University before the end of the year should deliver the gift in person to 1500 Highland St., by Friday, Dec. 30, or have it postmarked on or before Dec. 31. Online gifts can be made at https://hornetnation.emporia.edu/givenow. Gifts received or postmarked on or before Dec. 31 will be credited as gifts in 2016.
