Forensic Science Launches First Event in New ESU Virtual Series

Are you a fan of fun facts? Do you want to impress your friends with random trivia? Have you ever wondered what professors talk about over lunch? Get ready for a brand-new event series: Who Knew?! With ESU. This program will feature different departments, interesting information and favorite stories from the field.

In the first event, “Forensic Science – Crazy Cases, Crazy Classes and Catching Killers,” Dr. Melissa Bailey, head of ESU’s Forensic Science Program, along with Firearms Examiner Marah Carney and Forensic Science Instructor Kristin Rindom, will discuss their favorite cases, funny career moments and the weirdest things they’ve come across in the forensic science field.

This event is free and open to the public. Watch online Tuesday (March 23) at 6:30 p.m. at emporia.edu/live. The audience will be able to submit questions.
