HealthQuest Wellness Program

Fitness
The on-campus fitness and recreation center is a great place to burn calories through group fitness classes, personal training, or your choice of activity. Employee Memberships are available at a reduced price.
Additional Health Tools
ESU provides additional tools to help employees save on prescriptions and medications, receive free advice form medical professionals, and find cost and quality information about medical service providers.
Mandatory Retirement
With the Kansas Board of Regents Retirement Plan, you will contribute 5.5% of your earnings to your tax-sheltered annuity, and ESU will contribute an amount equal to 8.5% of your earnings. Select between TIAA-CREF and Voya to find the best investment options for you.
Voluntary Retirement
Retire on your own terms with our voluntary 403(b) plan. You decide which company you want to invest with, and whether you want to make contributions pre- or post-tax.
Deferred Compensation
Reduce your taxes, increase your retirement streams, and take control of your earnings with our deferred compensation program. No employer match means more flexibility to borrow or cash out the investment with no penalty under age 59 ½.
