Residential Life Leadership + Involvement
There are many ways to get involved with Residential Life
Floor Programs
Each floor has a life of its own. What does this mean for you? It means that your Resident Assistant (RA) will plan exciting, entertaining events on your floor for you! These events will range from movies nights, craft nights, going to dinner together, video game tournaments, football game parties, and more. Have a great idea for something you want to do on your floor? Tell your RA and they will work with you to make it happen. Whether it's pumpkin carving at Halloween or making cards for soldiers overseas, you can make it happen here at Emporia State.
Activities Council
You can do more than just participate in the residence halls activities. Singular, Trusler, North and South Tower residents can be part of the planning process with the Towers Community Council (TCC). Northeast, Abigail and Central Morse Halls have the Morse Activities Council (MAC). These groups plan events for the entire complex to attend. They've done karaoke nights, movies with snow-cones and move-style popcorn, game nights and more. If you like making advertisements, planning parties, or just meeting new people, then TCC and MAC are great ways to get involved.
