Fitness Class Schedule

Whether you are a beginner or an expert, all fitness levels are welcome to participate in our Group Fitness Classes. All Group Fitness Classes are free to ESU students.


Spring 2023 Group Fitness Classes

Sunrise Yoga

Start your morning off with a heat-building vinyasa flow to awaken the mind and body!

Women in Weights

This class is designed to educate women on the importance of strength training, proper
performance of functional strength exercises, as well as safety techniques of weight room
equipment!

Dance101

Start by learning the basics of rhythm, footwork, and styling of many forms of dance! 

Dance Aerobics

An exhilarating cardio class that uses music & easy-to-follow moves combining fast & slow rhythms (interval training) to tone & sculpt your body while burning fat.

STRONGNation™

STRONG Nation® combines body weight, muscle conditioning, cardio and plyometric training moves synced to original music that has been specifically designed to match every single move. Every squat, every lunge, every burpee is driven by the music, helping you make it to that last rep, and maybe even five more.

Pilates

Get stronger and feel refreshed with a total body workout from the floor using the resistance of props and your own body weight. 

HIIT

Join us for an intense total body workout to build strength and endurance!

Zumba

It’s exercise in disguise! Come join the party in this Latin-inspired dance fitness class that incorporates both high and low-impact aerobic dance moves set to a variety of different rhythms. No dance experience required, all fitness levels welcome!

Yoga

Foundational yoga class that moves through a synchronizing breath-to-movement flow to
relax the mind, body, and soul.
