Enrollment + Student Success Registered Sex Offenders

The Campus Crimes Prevention Act requires states to obtain information concerning the enrollment or employment of registered offenders at institutions of higher education and to provide this information to campus police.

The Kansas Bureau of Investigation provides the Emporia State University Police & Safety Office with a list of registered offenders who are enrolled or employed at the institution. The list is available at the Police & Safety Office, at the northeast corner of Welch Stadium.
