Education and Reports
Education + Training
Education is essential for prevention and elimination of sexual misconduct. ESU provides several training options for students, staff, and faculty on the topics of sexual misconduct response and prevention, bystander intervention, and more.
Title IX Training
Title IX, the Violence Against Women Act, and the Clery Act require Title IX staff to be trained annually. The Title IX office posts the materials used to train the Title IX Coordinator and the Grievance Process members here.
The University is committed to providing aggregated data regarding sexual misconduct that allows the University to continue to improve its response to sexual misconduct. Reports provided by the university include aggregated Title IX reporting data, campus climate surveys, and Clery data.
