Ray has served as the Director of Human Resources, Affirmative Action and Equal Employment Officer at ESU since July 2017. He joined ESU’s Office of Human Resources in 2011. Bringing experience from private and public sectors, Ray’s expertise includes employee relations, training and development, benefits administration, policy development, employment law, hands on experiences with nearly every facet of human resources, and previously served as Title IX Coordinator at ESU. Ray has served in central human resource roles as well as leadership roles at the organizational level.
