STEM Outreach Programs Inspired by Math Club

2026 Inspired By STEM Summer Camp information:

• Where: ESU campus
• When: Tuesday July 21-Friday July 24, 2026
• Time: 9am-3pm
• Who: For incoming 6th-9th grade students
• Cost: Cost: $125 (includes t-shirt, materials, a daily snack, Friday family lunch)
• Max. capacity is 15 students

The Inspired by Math Club is funded by Evergy, Emporia State University and Emporia Middle School.

Inspired By Math Club is a math enrichment, STEM outreach program for 6th-8th grade students in the Emporia area. The program consists of two components for students to participate in during the year.

The four-day summer camp is held on the ESU campus where students will dive into topics like robotics, coding, engineering design, science and mathematics. The summer camp allows students to see what the weekly after-school program is like.
