Graduate Admissions Process

Applicants for the Leadership and Administration Certificate Program Only (MLS Received Elsewhere, or no MLS)

  1. Graduate Admissions Process (Be sure to choose Leadership and Administration as your planned course of study)
  2. Transcripts of undergraduate and graduate (if applicable) work
  3. Statement of purpose: This document should be a single-spaced, one-page narrative expressing your reasons for applying for this particular certificate program and your career goals
  4. Your CV/resume
  5. Names and contact information for two references (preferably, one academic- and one employment-related)
  6. A pre-acceptance interview may be scheduled at the discretion of the Certificate Coordinator

SLIM MLS graduate applying for the Leadership and Administration program

  2. Transcripts of any academic coursework completed after the MLS
  3. Statement of purpose: This document should be a single-spaced, one-page narrative expressing your reasons for applying for this particular program and your career goals

You will receive an acknowledgment from SLIM when your completed application, including additional documentation if required, has been forwarded to SLIM, along with a time estimate for its review and final disposition.
