Introduction to Teaching

As part of the Introduction to Teaching (ED/EL 220) course, students are required to complete a field experience or apply for a waiver based on documented prior experiences.

Field placement assignments: Placement requests are managed through the Office of Field Placement & Licensure. Guidelines for ED/EL 220 field placement can be found in the Introduction to Teaching Manual.pdf.

Waiver requests: ED/EL 220 instructors supervise the requests for a waiver. Information about waivers can be found in the Waiver Manual.pdf.
