Dear ESU Faculty + Staff,

If you want to claim your $300 vaccination incentive but still need your COVID-19 vaccine, you’re in luck!

ESU will host vaccine clinics to administer both doses of the Pfizer vaccine — in time to register for the employee vaccine incentive. BOTH doses are required for full vaccination.

WHERE: KSTC Ballroom in the Memorial Union

WHEN: Tuesday, Sept. 7 • 1-3:30 p.m.*

*At your appointment on Sept. 7, you will be given a follow-up appointment for Dose 2 on Sept. 28.

All employees who are fully vaccinated will have $300 applied to their November 12, 2021, paycheck!

To qualify — just submit proof of vaccine no later than Monday, October 4, 5:00 p.m. CDT

Employees who are taking classes from Emporia State University will only receive the $300 incentive and are not eligible for the student incentives. Additionally, student employees are not eligible for the faculty and staff incentive.
