On-line Programs

The Department of HPER at Emporia State University offers two programs via distance learning. These programs include:

Graduate On-line Program - This program leads to an advanced degree (Master of Science) degree in Physical Education. This degree does NOT lead to initial teacher licensure, but may lead to permanent licensure in states requiring a masters degree for permanent certification/licensure. Learn more...

Health Education On-line - This on-line program leads to a health education endorsement for those teachers who are already certified or licensed to teach (at the PreK-12 or secondary level only). Learn more...

On Campus Programs

All five of our undergraduate programs are offered on campus. Two of these programs lead to teacher licensure. We offer Health Education and Physical Education degrees for students who wish to pursue careers in teacher education. Learn more...
