The Emporia State University campus, including Sauder Alumni Center, will close for one full week at the end of this month. Campus will close at 5 p.m. Friday, Dec. 22, and reopen at 8 a.m. Tuesday, Jan. 2, 2024.
Anyone wanting to make a 2023 gift to Emporia State University Foundation may deliver the gift in person to 1500 Highland St., by 5 p.m. on Friday, Dec. 22, or call 620-341-5440 to make special arrangements. Checks may be mailed so long as they are postmarked on or before Dec. 31. Credit card gifts may be made online at https://emproria.edu/give through Dec. 31.
Although the entire campus re-opens Tuesday, Jan. 2, residence halls will not open until noon Sunday, Jan. 14. Classes for the spring semester begin Tuesday, Jan. 16.
