The Bureau of Labor Statistic's Occupational Outlook Handbook forecasts an 11 percent growth, which is faster than average, through 2026 for instructional designers and coordinators.

This online certificate can be completed within 10 months or less by taking six credit hours a semester.

About this program

When can I start and how long does it take to complete this certificate?

Students can begin this 12-hour certificate during the Spring, Summer, or Fall semester depending on course availability. The certificate can be completed to supplement any other graduate degree program; however, courses completed for this certificate can be applied toward a masters degree in Instructional Design and Technology.

What technology will I need for this?

All students admitted to this program are required to provide their own personal computing devices to complete assignments. The device needs to be capable of completing required class assignments.
