Where We Fit In
The Great Plains Center's program, which first began during National Board field testing in 1992, continues to grow each year. The program is offered at no cost to Kansas teachers because it is supported by both Board of Regents program enhancement funds and supplemental private funding.
Your Success is Our Success
The program hosted at Emporia State University has a 76 percent initial certification rate over the past eight years. This is nearly twice the national initial certification rate of 40 percent.
