The Department of Elementary Education / Early Childhood / Special Education is on the second floor of Visser Hall, located off of Merchant Street between 18th Avenue and 15th Avenue, with its main entrance on the east side. The three story, dark brick and concrete building houses four of the six departments of The Teachers College.

Metered parking is available in the parking lot immediately to the east of Visser Hall.
