Distance Partnership Programs

No need to move

Want to stay in your own backyard? Emporia State has partnership programs with Butler Community College, Johnson County Community College (Overland Park, KS), and Kansas City Kansas Community College, allowing students to complete the Elementary Education program without relocating.

Students complete the first two years of general education and preparatory education courses through a community college partner.

Courses are conveniently offered in the late afternoons and evenings, as well as online during your third of study, suited for individuals who are balancing school, life, and work.

During the last year of study, individuals will participate in ESU’s award winning Professional Development Schools.
