Are you interested in embarking upon a career in the federal, public, tribal, or community rehabilitation sectors?

Emporia State University's Clinical Counseling with a Clinical Rehabilitation Counseling Concentration offers four options for you to focus on:

  • generalist,
  • deaf and hard of hearing persons,
  • autism spectrum disorder, or
  • autism spectrum disorder post-master's certificate.

Program of Study

CE 694 Assessment & Employment 3 hrs
CE 731 Medical Aspects of Disability 3 hrs
CE 751 Case Management in Addictions & Rehabilitation 3 hrs
Choose one of these options -
Thesis Option: CE 884 Thesis in Clinical Counseling 3 hrs
and Advisor Approved Elective 3 hrs
OR Non-Thesis Option Advisor Approved Electives 6 hrs
Advisor Approved Elective (non-thesis option) 3 hrs
Total 15 hours
