#18102, HR Student Assistant

Work Schedule: [Mon, Tue, Wed, Thu, Fri] - 17hr/wk
Job Duties: Manage the complex email box for student contracts, review documents for accuracy, daily data entry in Banner, answer telephones, greet and direct visitors, maintain an electronic filing system, scan documents, and other duties as assigned. Confidentiality is essential.
Minimum Qualifications: Candidate must possess excellent organizational, written and verbal communication skills, and interpersonal skills. Must maintain attention to detail and accuracy in work according to a variety of protocols. Must be flexible and open to making corrective action if errors are identified. Must be dependable, self-starting and flexible. Must be available to work 10 hours per week in two or three hour blocks. Prefer related experience of answering phones, data entry, knowledge of Excel, customer service, and managing e-mail.
