1. Arrange tables, chairs, and place settings with formal
2. Retrieve serving dishes and trays.
3. Place appropriate number of servings per table in each dish.
4. Serve food to each table and tend to additional requests
5. After meal remove all items from tables.
6. Put tables/chairs back in previous formation.
7. Wash/sanitize/dry and put away all the dishes.
8. Take out trash.
9. Sweep and mop the floor of the kitchen.
Tuesday evenings only - 4:30 PM until approximately 7 PM
