Res-Life Staff after the Tye Dye RunResident Assistants (RAs)
Each floor or wing has an assigned Resident Assistant to foster a positive community, promote academic success, and monitor the safety and security of their residential community . Each floor in the Morse and Towers Complexes and every wing in Schallenkamp Hall includes an assigned RA. The  RA helps build community and plans events with their residents. Residents should go to their RA first with concerns or questions!

The RA position is a highly competitive student employment position that features unique opportunities for students to develop their self-awareness, leadership, and teamwork.

Reception Center Assistants (RCAs)
These students work at the Reception Centers in the Morse or Towers Complex. They can assist when you are locked out of your room, lost your key, have maintenance concerns, have questions about campus, or need to meet with your Complex Coordinator. They are supervised by a full-time Complex Coordinator. For more details regarding the RCA position, please review the position description for 2019-2020 by clicking here.

Office Assistants (OAs)
These students work in the main Residential Life Office and assist with answering telephones, responding to Stingers Up!questions, organizing student housing records, processes paperwork, and other duties as assigned. They are supervised by the Senior Administrative Specialist. When you visit our main office in 308 South Morse Hall these team members are typically the first to greet you and answer your question or guide you to the right person! Summer Assistant (SAs) Positions
Over the summer we hire students to assist with our summer camps, summer residents and departmental projects. The positions include summer accommodations, hourly pay, and a meal stipend.
