We would like to welcome you to the Emporia State Sorority page!
Here at Emporia, we have 3 NPC sororities (Alpha Sigma Alpha, Chi Omega, and Sigma Sigma Sigma), 1 NPHC sorority (Zeta Phi Beta Sorority, Inc.), and 1 MGC sorority (Kappa Delta Chi Sorority, Inc.). Sorority life is a great opportunity to get involved in something on campus and allows you to make bonds with women for a lifetime.
Our sorority community at Emporia State University is not like the stereotypes you might see in the media or at other colleges. Joining a sorority may be overwhelming at first, but it is one of the best decisions you could make in your college career!
Maybe sorority life isn't for you....if not, thanks for stopping by! We hope you can get involved on campus in another organization. Regardless of your decision, we hope you have an amazing time here at Emporia State and embrace being a Hornet! We have loved every minute here and know you will too!

Interested in Joining a Sorority? You have options!
Recruitment by the Multicultural Greek Council is hosted by any of the two MGC Sororities on campus, which are Zeta Phi Beta Sorority Inc. and Kappa Delta Chi Sorority, Inc.
Each organization has their own process, whether formal or informal, where you will have the opportunity to meet the women in the organization and get an idea of what Sorority Life is like through a multicultural perspective. Each process varies in time frame but each will offer you the opportunity to get a glimpse into the unique and remarkable sisterhood of each of their chapters through their diverse membership and experiences.
By the end of your process, not only will you have found some of the closest friends you will ever have, but you will also have become part of something that will last beyond your collegiate career. In order to find out more information, please check out our Sororities Tab to contact the president of the organization you wish to join. A link has been provided below:
