Experience the spring break of a lifetime! The ESU Alternative Spring Break provides an opportunity for ESU students to travel across the nation and perform community service activities fellow service leaders from various locations. ASB brings a week packed full of life-changing experiences and worthwhile causes so that you can truly make an impact country-wide!

The annual ASB trip is planned in mid-September with Habitat for Humanity, Collegiate Challenge. Alternative Spring Break-ers are selected and finalized by the middle of October.

How to apply (National Project):

  • Email chornets@emporia.edu with the subject "Alternative Spring Break" and requests an application.
  • Application are made available mid-September are due beginning of October.
