Advanced Placement - CEEB
ESU accepts advanced placement exam scores in several areas and assigns pass credit rather than grades. If you have taken College Entrance Examination Board (CEEB) advanced placement courses through high school programs, you may be eligible for advanced placement and/or credit. The advanced placement course is administered and graded by the Education Testing Service. The only fee is assessed by CEEB. If you enroll in a course for which you have already received advanced placement credit, the previous credit will be cancelled.
Required Scores for AP Credit are as follows:
Subject Score Credit Awarded
Eng-Lang/Comp 3-4 3 hrs (EG 101)
Eng-Lang/Comp 5 6 hrs (EG 101 and EG 102)
Eng-Lit/comp 3-4 3 hrs (EG 101)
Eng-Lit/Comp 5 6 hrs (EG 101 and EG 207)
