Pre-Chiropractic
Pre-Chiropractic Program
Program Description
Many states now require a bachelor's degree in addition to the Doctor of Chiropractic degree. The BA Chemistry or the BS Biochemistry and Molecular Biology degrees are excellent choices for pre-chiropractic students planning to complete a bachelor's degree before attending chiropractic college.
A Dual Degree Program has been articulated with Cleveland Chiropractic College, whereby a student takes prescribed courses at Emporia State University, then takes courses for three years at Cleveland. Certain courses are transferred back to ESU, enabling the student to earn a BA degree in Chemistry from ESU and a Doctor of Chiropractic Medicine degree from Cleveland Chiropractic.
