NOTE - 10/9/2020: Due to the KDHE cluster classification reporting change that identifies an institution as a cluster with five or more positive cases it has been removed from the scorecard. Official KDHE Cluster Identification verbiage (effective 9/9/2020) Kansas Department of Health and Environment will name an institution as having an active cluster of COVID-19 when there are 5 or more positive cases at the institution. Once a cluster is considered no longer active, typically once there have been 28 days without the occurrence of new cases, the facility will no longer appear on the named list of active clusters.
