Fellow students,

During the first week of online classes, we know you have received more emails than you can count. We thought it would help if we reminded you of some of the specific information and where to easily find it online.

Course Credit. Provost David Cordle emailed information about the deadline to withdraw from a class and opting to take a class as Pass/No Credit. See specifics here.

Academic Success has set up two separate Zoom session for questions about Pass/No Credit. Learn more here.

Library Help. Although the building is closed, librarians and graduate assistants are available to provide reference services for research help and library questions. They are available between 10 a.m. and 10 p.m., seven days a week. Contact through:

Corky’s Cupboard is now located in ESU Student Wellness Center, 250 Southeast Morse. Students can pick up pre-packed bags of food between 1 and 4 p.m. Monday through Friday. Menstrual products are also available to be picked up during these hours. Learn more here.

Student Wellness. The department is open from 1 to 4 p.m. Monday through Friday in 250 Southeast Morse. Both Health Services and Counseling Services can be reached by phone — 620.341.5222 — between 8 a.m. and 5 p.m. weekdays.

Buildings Closed. Except for the Student Wellness Center, all campus buildings are closed and locked.
