Thank you for your interest in having a Career Services Staff member speak in your class or to your group. This is a great way to integrate career planning and professionalism into your learning objectives and initiatives.
To submit a request, simply complete the fields below and click SUBMIT.
We ask that you give us at least 2 weeks notice before your preferred program date.
Note: Presentations are delivered between regular business hours of 8am - 5pm, Monday-Friday. Staff will consider requests outside of regular business hours if a staff member is available.
NOTE: Etiquette luncheon/dinner presentation requests require a minimum of 4 weeks notice. All etiquette luncheon/dinner presentations will be scheduled in the Memorial Union using Sodexo catering. Requesting department agrees to:
cover all costs associated with the training
schedule the facilities with Memorial Union Conference and Scheduling and
submit the menu and all dietary accommodations of participants to Sodexo 2 weeks prior to the presentation.
You will receive an email response back from Career Services confirming your request. Please allow one business day for review and response back from Career Services staff.
