The CECE employs highly qualified staff educated in Early Childhood Education:
- qualified, experienced teachers who have work history and/or degrees in Early Childhood Education, Elementary Education, Family Studies, and/or a related field;
- full time staff members are certified in CPR and First Aid;
- all staff attend in-services regarding educational and professional topics.
