I have always heard about oxen in farming, but never seen it. Actually, I'd never seen oxen at all. Swimming pool, foreground, cattle trough area converted to dining area at La Fortuna.

Swimming pool, Volcano Arenal covered with clouds, background. Also the cabins we stayed in are in the background. We found a fruit here on a tree that we didn't know. Elston cut it open. It was green like a lime, smelled like a lime, and was the size of a football, the white membrane under the skin was very thick. I don't think we ever decided what it was unless it was a gigantic lime. The bird is either a Boat-billed Flycatcher or a Great Kiskadee.
