Pepper Drills: Six Touch Pepper

Objectives:
To practice ball control with a wide variety of types of contacts.

  1. Pepper starts off with one partner giving the other a down ball.

  2. The player digs the ball to themself.

  3. Then the player tomahawk's ( overhead contact ) the ball to themself.

  4. Next the player contacts with just the left fist.

  5. Then the right fist.

  6. Then the player sets themself.

  7. Then the players hits a down ball  to partner.

  8. The partner repeats all contacts.

Variations:
Players go across the net and must hit down balls over the net.
