Increasing Institutional Efficiency through Institutional Research and Access to Information Systems.

Activity 1 -- $1,750,000 over five years.  Increasing Institutional Efficiency through Institutional Research and Access to Information Systems. To enhance the institutional research area by adding staff and evaluating data and implementing a data warehouse to make a university web accessible.  Sample of key measures:  a)  ESU’s appropriateness of centralized data resources will be increased by 30% in the first year; b) There will be a 100% increase in web access to data in the first year; c) By the end of the second year, there will be a 50% increase in the satisfaction level of strategic decision-makers in regards to data; d) There will be an increase in effectiveness by 50% of student access to data; and e), there will be 50% increases in satisfaction levels of marketing, distance education, fiscal affairs, and student affairs staff by the last year. 

Endowment -- $129,209.  ESU will use this money to assist in institutionalizing the project.
