Ron Fowlkes joined the theatre faculty in 1981. A native of Tulsa, Oklahoma, Ron holds Bachelor degrees in Business Administration and Theatre from the University of Tulsa. After a tour of duty with the U.S. Army, Ron began graduate studies at Texas Tech University then completed a M.F.A. in the Theatre at the University of Nebraska-Lincoln. Ron shares design assignments and teaches theatre courses in design and technical production plus Theatre Appreciation. Recent design credits include Footloose! (lighting), The Importance of Being Earnest (sets), The Cocoanuts (lighting) and Arms and the Man (lighting).
