Enrollment Dates

  • Spring enrollment begins in October
  • Summer and Fall enrollment begins in March

Comprehensive Exam  - A comprehensive exam is required for all students in the Educational Administration Building and District Certification, C urriculum and Instruction, as well as Master of Teacher - Alternate Route programs.  The comprehensive exam can be taken during one of the student's last two semesters.  Students must be enrolled in at least 1 credit hour during the semester they complete the comp.   Contact Missy Nurnberger for instructions and to sign up [620-341-5776].

How to Enroll in classes through Buzz-In

Intent to Graduate - Due by March 1 for Summer graduates, July 1 for Fall graduates, and November 1 for Spring graduates. Failure to give notice of intent to graduate can cause a delay in the awarding of your degree.  Those completing the Non-degree programs do not need to complete an intent to graduate.   A student must be enrolled in at least 1 credit hour during the semester they plan to graduate.
