On Campus Computer Labs
Emporia State University has many computer labs available to ESU students. All ESU computer labs have a standard list of software applications (some of which are listed below). Many departmental labs have additional software applicable to the courses offered by the individual department that owns the lab. After logging into ESU lab computers using your Buzz In username and password, you will find that all computer labs are equipped with:
- Internet access (including access to university resources: Buzz In, Blackboard, campus e-mail, etc.)
- Access to your personal home directory (MyFiles)
- Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access)
- SPSS (statistical analysis application)
- PDF Creator
Public lab computers are available in both William Allen White Library and in the lower level of Cremer Hall (RICHEL Computer Lab).
For more information regarding private access labs (specific use typically dedicated to students enrolled in coursework for a particular department) or software in each lab, please contact the administrative assistant of the departmental lab you are visiting or the TCS Helpdesk.
