User Support Services
The User Support Services division of TCS is the primary first responder for all student, faculty, and staff technology-related issues. User Support Services is broken into two teams, the TCS Helpdesk and Client Services. We are here to answer questions, resolve problems, and provide general information about the technology at Emporia State University.

TCS HelpDesk - Fall 2009 Hours of Operation
Note: Fall hours begin Sunday, August 16th, with the exception of the WAW Library Kiosk. Hours for that location begin Wednesday, August 19th. Phone and e-mail support will be available the evenings of August 17, 18, and 19.
