Technology and Computing Services is responsible for ESU's server architecture and network administration; Blackboard, GroupWise, Buzz In, Banner, and other electronic user applications; telecom hardware and software; and user training and support for various technology topics. Our Help Desk is available to answer questions, resolve problems, and provide general information about technology at Emporia State. Computing security and disaster recovery policies are also developed and implemented by TCS in conjunction with ESU administration and state and federal guidelines.
