The TCS website has been designed to help provide support to students, faculty, and staff for the various technologies provided by Emporia State University through the Technology and Computing Services Department.
It is the goal of TCS to assist, through the integration of information, technology, and communications, in creating the best possible educational environment for the Emporia State University Community.
Helpdesk
User Support Services are located in Butcher Education Center lower level room 008. To enter the HelpDesk area, you must enter from the outside door located on the southeast side of the building. The HelpDesk can be contacted via phone at 620-341-5555 (877-341-5555 toll free), or e-mail at helpdesk@emporia.edu. Fall and Spring phone and email support hours starting August 12, 2007 are Sunday, noon to 11 pm, Monday through Thursday 7:30 am to 11 pm, Friday 7:30 am to 6 pm and Saturday 9 am to 6 pm. The HelpDesk is open for visitors Sunday 1 pm to 6 pm, Monday through Thursday 7:30 am to 8 pm, Friday 7:30 am to 6 pm and Saturday 1 pm to 6 pm.
If you call the HelpDesk and get rolled-over to the answering machine during normal working hours, please leave your FULL NAME, PHONE NUMBER, DEPARTMENT, and a BRIEF MESSAGE about your call.
TCS Online Service Request System. Users can initiate service requests, view global issues and search the support knowledge base.
