Residence Hall Life

All residence halls offer comfortable rooms for one to three students, as well as study areas, recreational equipment, high-speed internet, and other conveniences that create a positive living-learning atmosphere.  Approximately 1,000 students of all classifications are part of the on-campus living experience at Emporia State University.

Housing for upperclass students is located in the Morse Complex.  Upperclass housing provides an on-campus living environment for students who enjoy the convenience and community offered by residence halls. Morse Complex residents are minutes away from classes and are in the middle of the action!

Housing for first-year students is located in the Towers Complex, which features specially designed programs, spaces, and staff to assist students with their transition to college. Residents of the Towers Complex may also elect to reside within a Freshman Interest Group (FIG) community.  These communities allow freshmen with like interests to live on the same floor.
