Technology Computing Services (TCS) Help Desk

Contact the Help Desk for assistance and information on using ESU’s computing services. Call for questions regarding: hardware, software, e-mail (passwords and account information), Internet, viruses, and labs. During the fall and spring semesters the Help Desk hours are Monday thru Friday 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. The Help Desk is located at Butcher Center. You may also call 341-5555.
