Account Maintenance and Usage
TCS reserves the right to access the user account when required for maintenance or when authorized to investigate allegations of illegal or unethical usage. TCS reserves the right to delete any mail in the account that is older than 180 days. Mailbox size is limited to 25 MB. If the mailbox exceeds 25MB, the user will not be allowed to send mail. TCS will deactivate accounts one year after the last enrolled semester. E-mail accounts will normally be available during maintenance, but TCS will make every effort to inform the ESU community of planned outages.
