Health Services
In addition to treatment of illness and minor injury, the Health Services staff emphasizes wellness through education and outreach. On campus, full-time students who have paid the campus privilege fee are not charged for routine fifteen minute office visits. Part-time students who have paid the part-time campus privilege fee pay a reduced fee of $10 for office visits. Students who have not paid the campus privilege fee (online students, etc.) pay $25 a visit. There are modest charges for pharmacy services and laboratory services. Payment is expected at the time of service. We accept cash, check, or your student account can be billed. Insurance billing is done for those who have the student plan available to Kansas Board of Regents students. In the future we hope to begin accepting other insurance plans, so please bring your insurance information with you to your visit. Visit the website at: <www.emporia.edu/shc>.
