Student Organizations
ESU Young Democrats
ESYD is an organization dedicated to getting students involved in politics at the local, state and national levels, and in the local community. Students have opportunities to work on local political campaigns, to meet other like-minded people at ESU and other State Universities in Kansas, and to perform service in Emporia. We have worked on voter registration, local election campaigns, providing Christmas gifts to local needy families, and serving food at Abundant Harvest.
