  2. Transcripts of undergraduate and graduate (if applicable) work
  3. Statement of purpose: This document should be a single-spaced, one-page narrative expressing your reasons for applying for this particular certificate program and your career goals
  4. Your CV/resume
  5. Names and contact information for two references (preferably, one academic- and one employment-related)
  6. A pre-acceptance interview may be scheduled at the discretion of the Certificate Coordinator or the appropriate Regional Director

SLIM MLS graduate applying for the Leadership and Administration in Information Organizations Certificate program

  3. Statement of purpose: This document should be a single-spaced, one-page narrative expressing your reasons for applying for this particular certificate program and your career goals

You will receive an acknowledgment from SLIM when your completed application, including additional documentation if required, has been forwarded to SLIM, along with a time estimate for its review and final disposition. Please note: successful completion of LI805 or a masters-level management course is a prerequisite for admissions to the Leadership and Administration in Information Organizations program. While you may apply for admission before you have completed this requirement, your acceptance will be provisional until this requirement is met.
