  • This program is especially designed for undergraduate Bachelor of Science in Education students, post-baccalaureate business teacher certification for Bachelor of Science in Business graduates, and for Second Bachelor's degree for Bachelor of Science in Business graduates.
  • During the past five years, numerous positions have been open for business and computer teachers at schools across Kansas. Job openings from across the state are listed with ESU's Careers Services Department. Job Fairs held on the ESU campus make it easy for business education students to meet personnel from a wide variety of public and private school districts in Kansas and other states.
  • The student teaching experience is in the last semester of the program and may be fulfilled in the Emporia area or at a school within 100 miles of Emporia.
