Dr. Brian W. Schrader, Associate Professor, is the Director of the
Industrial/Organizational Psychology graduate program at ESU and the
Research Director for the Jones Institute for Educational Excellence. Dr.
Schrader has been a member of the Department of Psychology and Special
Education in the Teacher?s College at ESU since 1996. He was previously at
St. Xavier University in Chicago and did his graduate work at Louisiana State
University in Baton Rouge. Dr. Schrader conducts research, grant work, special
projects, and consulting with numerous organizations in Kansas including the
Kansas State of Department of Education, Kansas Optometric Association,
USDA Farm Service Agency, Kansas State Department of Health and
Environment, and the Emporia School District. He is active in the Emporia
community with youth Soccer, Cub Scouts, youth Tae Kwon Do, and the serves
on the Lyon County Restricted Emergency Fund (LCREF) board of directors.
