Homecoming is here!
Come one, come all, to Homecoming at ESU! Saturday’s forecast looks promising – 79 degrees and sunshine. The rain today might push tonight’s Homecoming bonfire indoors, but it won’t dampen our spirits.
There’s still time to make your plans for the weekend’s events. Click here to see the full campus schedule, or find the alumni invitation and registration form by clicking here. To RSVP or get your questions answered, contact your alumni office at (620) 341-5440 or sacpc@emporia.edu.
Bound for Dodge City, Lawrence and Pittsburg
Homecoming might come and go this weekend, but your alumni office never sleeps. On Tuesday, we’re hosting an alumni reception at Casey’s Cowtown Club in Dodge City. Join us for a mid-week break from 5:30 to 7:30 p.m. to visit with Ford County alumni and ESU representatives at one of Dodge City’s oldest and finest steakhouses. The cost is $5, which includes cocktail food, and a cash bar is available.
In November, the basketball season heats up as the football season wraps up. Join us for a basketball pre-game party in Lawrence from 5 to 6:30 p.m. at Zig and Mac’s Sports Bar and Grill on Thursday, Nov. 8, before the Lady Hornets take on the Lady Jayhawks. And then on Nov. 10, we’re hosting a tailgate party before the ESU vs. Pitt State football game, from 11:30 to 1:30 in Pittsburg.
To RSVP for either event, contact your alumni office at (620) 341-5440 or sacpc@emporia.edu.
