Meeting Minutes - October 9, 2006

Sauder Alumni Center - 5:15 pm

Roll Call - Nicole Smith

Chair - Shanna Williams

• This is Homecoming, so it will be busy!
• Enjoy yourself and remember what you signed up for.

Vice Chair - Sarah Oehlert

• October 23rd will be Wilson Park clean-up with a Smore's cookout following.
• Prepare for meeting to last until 7:30 pm.

Secretary - Nicole Smith

• Point  and hour sheets were passed out for the month of September.

Treasurer - Enilda Romero

• Reminded people that signed up to work Tricycle Races.

Admissions Liaison - Megan Dreiling

• Tour Reminders.
• Sample candles were passed around.  The nursing school is having a candle fundraiser - let Megan know if you would like to purchase one.

Advancement Liaison - Hatti John

• If  you are working the post-game reception, you will need to be there at 4:00 pm. 
• We will no longer be doing the Hall of Honor.

CASE/ASAP - Drew Donahoo

• Took a head count for the Haunted Houses. 
• We will be attending the BEAST.
• Please have your $8 by the 30th if you are attending. 
• We will be selling a Corky through the years shirt as a fundraiser.

Spirit - Mandy Davis

• Absent.

Senior Week - Makaila McClelland

• Nothing at this time.

Traditions - Ashley Evenson

• The Fashionably Late Awards goes to Jess
• David gave Aubi to Christina

Alumni Relations - Ashley Evenson

• Stay calm during Homecoming week.

Advisor - Roy Mann
