Meeting Minutes - August 28, 2006
Sauder Alumni Center - 5:15 pm
Chair – Shanna Williams
- Volunteers are needed for the Master Program.
- Oct. 24th is the Lieutenant Governor Forum in Albert Taylor Hall and we will have a table.
- May be participating in a ropes course.
- Please RSVP to the President's Dinner.
- No meeting next week.
Vice Chair - Sarah Oehlert
- We will clean Wilson Park on 9/25/06 and 10/23/06.
- We will have a bonfire on 10/23/06.
Treasurer - Enilda Romero
- Signed people up for the concession stand.
- If you are working the concession stand, please wear either jeans or shorts, a hat, ESU shirt, and tennis shoes.
Admissions Liaison - Megan Dreiling
- Signed people up for Saturday tours.
Advancement Liaison - Hatti John
- Signed people up for events (Presidential search events, 9/16/06 football game).
- Had people sign a sheet to determine if they could work events on the weekends or weekdays.
CASE/ASAP - Drew Donahoo
- Nothing at this time.
Spirit - Mandy Davis
- Expressed appreciation for all the help passing out E-Zone items and promoting it.
- Asked for ideas to help make a new Ambassador cheer!
Traditions - Nicole Michalski
- The late award will be given out next week.
