ESU Ambassadors Fall 2006
Meeting Minutes - August 21, 2006
Sauder Alumni Center - 5:15 pm
WELCOME BACK!
Chair - Shanna Williams
- Polos should be here by the first football game, but until then you can wear ESU attire on tours if you do not have a polo.
- We should be receiving a dinner invitation from the President for a dinner on September 11 at 6:30pm at the President’s House – you must RSVP!
- Dress up for the President’s dinner.
- Committee assignments are posted.
Vice Chair - Sara Oehlert
- I need to meet with my committee next week.
Secretary – Nicole Smith
- Roll was called.
Treasurer – Enilda Romero
- We will be working the concession stand on September 9th.
Admissions Liason – Megan Dreiling
- August and September tour sheets were passed around.
- Saturday tour dates are 9/16, 9/30, and 10/14.
- Please don’t call in to the Admissions office to see if there are any tours.
- Don’t wear any sorority or fraternity logos when you give tours.
Advancement Liason – Hatti John
- Signed people up for 10 events including:
- Fan Fair, September 9th game, state fair, and golf tournament.
CASE/ASAP – Drew Donahoo
- Nothing at this time.
Spirit – Mandy Davis
- Sang the fight song.
- Signed people up for the Huge Activities Fair.
- Come to fill the stands on 9/9.
Senior Week – Makaila McClelland
- Nothing at this time.
Traditions – Nicole Michalski
- Aubi and the Fashionably Late Award will be starting next week.
- Please email me a time that you can meet with me this week if you are on my committee.
Ambassador Alumni – Ashley Evenson
- I teach classes at the rec center, so come to them!
Advisor - Roy Mann
- Good job on signing up for things.
- Get ready for things to get busy.
